John Kruk, a former professional baseball player from the United States. In February 1961, John Kruk was born in Charleston, West Virginia. He works for ESPN as a baseball analyst right now. A left-handed batter and thrower, Kruk played outfield and as a fire baseman.
He was a baseball player for Allegany Community College, Potomac State College, and Keyser High School. After signing a contract with the San Diego Padres in 1981, Kruk began playing for the team in 1986 and remained there until 1989.

Testicular Cancer
Kruk was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 1994. During a routine checkup, Kruk discovered a tumour in his groin. As a result, he needed surgery to remove one of his testicles. More chemo, radiation, and other medical treatments were added to the treatment plan.
Type 2 Diabetes
John couldn’t live without his daily insulin shot after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Kruk began to feel the repercussions of his weight gain and poor lifestyle around the year 2015. He was getting poorer at his game and was having knee problems.
