How To Rearrange And Delete Your Apps In IOS 13

We been having an iPhone since the iPhone 2G, and one of my all-time favorite iOS gestures is what my colleague Dieter Bonn calls jiggly mode that’s when you press and hold an app and all the apps on your display start wiggling. As a consequence, you can move them around and, even if you need to, then delete them.

In iOS 12 and older, if you press and hold within an app (without using 3D Touch), then it only takes a second before all your apps start dancing, and you can delete or move them as you please. But in iOS 13, when you long-press on a program, a contextual menu will pop up, like this.Based on the app, the menu will differ, but apps dot enter jiggly mode as they used to. But never fear: is only they do enter it straight away. You can still get to jiggly mode fairly readily, and there are a few unique ways to do it.

My favorite way is to simply keep your finger pressed on the app icon, even following the pop-up menu opens, and jiggly style will activate.

When the pop up menu appears after a very long press, you can also drag your finger in the app icon onto Rearrange App then proceed.

Or whenever the very long haul pop-up menu appears, you can drag your finger down and off it, and the app will follow, triggering jiggly mode. That it! Using one of these methods, you can place your app into jiggly style so you can rearrange and delete apps. It takes a few days to get used to but is not difficult to fix.
