Fans who had been waiting for this title to come out were left puzzled. The release date was set for December 2022. But developers didn’t say anything until Joel G tweeted on December 31, 2022, that a trailer would be out on January 6, 2023.
The new ENA Dream BBQ trailer came out three weeks later, along with this message in the YouTube comments: “As many of you may have noticed, we weren’t able to release Dream BBQ in December 2022 as we had planned. This was put off because the team has been doing a lot of art and programming to make the game as polished as possible.
Joel went on to say that the project “became more ambitious than it was originally supposed to be” and thanked people who were waiting for the game to come out for their patience. After the trailer went viral and people talked about it on YouTube and Twitter, fans were not disappointed by what he had to show.
