Elise Finch Career
She began working as a meteorologist in the organization’s meteorological conditions section in April 2007 and also held a meteorology position at NBC. Elise then began anchoring the MSNBC and NBC Climate “Early Today Show.”
She has also held positions at several media outlets, including the CBS affiliate in Phoenix, Arizona, where she anchors the week’s last weather report. As a meteorologist, Finch began working with the WCBS weather conditions section in 2007.
She was also a meteorologist for NBC before coming to CBS. From then on, she also managed to obtain the “Early Today Show” on NBC Climate and MSNBC. Elise has received several accolades for her work in combating climate change, including Emmy honors.
Nevertheless, Finch has worked for a variety of media outlets, including the CBS affiliate in Phoenix, Arizona, where she substituted for the anchor for the end-of-week weather reports. She also had a stint as an anchor and correspondent for Youngstown, Ohio-based FOX and CBS affiliates.

Elise Finch’s husband was a photojournalist named Graig Henriques. They met while employed at the same station, WCBS-TV, where they both worked. Graig has over 20 years of experience in the news industry and is a graduate of Syracuse University.
