Cole Sprouse, 28, took to Instagram to write a warm message about ex Lili Reinhart. Cole had never before opened up about their breakup.
Cole and Lili got close while shooting for ‘Riverdale.’ They played Jughead and Betty Cooper respectively. Their reel romance and real chemistry was incredible. We all secretly crushed on them and shipped them ain’t?
Cole finally confirmed about his breakup and wrote a heart felt note. Posting a picture of Lili, he wrote, “Lili and I initially separated in January this year, deciding to more permanently split in March. What an incredible experience I had, I’ll always feel lucky and cherish thar I had a chance to fall in love.
I wish her nothing but the utmost love and happiness moving forward. All I’ll say about it, anything else you hear doesn’t matter.”
Recently Lili came open about her mental health issues, in an interview with Refinery29. A lot of people took parts of the video and started circulating rumors. They speculated that, Lili’s depression was caused true to her split with Cole.
Lili later took to Instagram to explain, “They’re about depression I’ve felt over these few months.” Probably hinting at the whole pandemic situation. She clarified that he has nothing to do with her breakup.

Cole concluded his message by promoting Lili’s upcoming Project. Lili’s upcoming film, ‘Chemical Hearts’ opposite Austin Abrams to release on 21st August.
