Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Data Mine Reveals More Information

Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has to be the worst-kept secret ever, as we now have even more details about it from a data mine. CODTracker, a website that covers the Call Of Duty series extensively, posted a bunch of new details about the game.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Is A Direct Sequel To The Original, According To Data Mine

This includes information about the game’s pre-order editions, as well as a brief synopsis. It mentions that Black Ops Cold War is a direct sequel to the original Black Ops as well.

“As elite operatives, you will follow the trail of a shadowy figure named Perseus who is on a mission to destabilize the global balance of power and change the course of history. Descend into the dark center of this global conspiracy alongside iconic characters Woods, Mason and Hudson and a new cast of operatives attempting to stop a plot decades in the making,” it reads.

Data Mine May Have Revealed Release Date

Those of you who are familiar with the Black Ops series will instantly recognise those names. Woods, Mason and Hudson were characters in the first Black Ops game. It seems like they are returning for this one. This leak may have also revealed when the game is coming out.

Those who pre-order the game will reportedly get bonus operators to use in Call Of Duty: Warzone, their free-to-play battle royale game. The leaked description then mentions that players must redeem these bonus operators before November 13, 2021.

Usually, bonuses like these are valid for one year. So, it’s possible that Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War may come out on November 13, 2020.
