Bill Gates recently said in an interview that he thinks the pandemic is the most dramatic thing to ever happen to him in his life. He regrets not putting more emphasis when talking about the threat of a virus that can cause a pandemic. He pointed out that he has spoken to several diplomats on multiple occasions but he does not know how seriously they took his warning.
Bill Gates Warns The World About Pandemic
The industrialist warned people five years ago during a TED talk saying that it would be a virus and not a war that would kill at least 10 million people in this decade. It seems his prediction had come true. Bill Gates said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that he regrets not pushing the issue further with politicians when the discussion came up. If he did, maybe the country would have been more at ease instead of suffering during a time like this. He insisted that he even warned Donald Trump about the imminent danger of a virus causing a pandemic before he joined the office to become the President.
Gates wishes he had done more to help lessen the damage the US has taken because of the pandemic. He reiterated his point from five years ago. He said if they would’ve heeded his warning, they would’ve been better prepared and in a much better position.
Trump recently stopped the funding of WHO and Bill Gates does not agree with the decision. He thinks it’s a mistake that they have taken during such a trying time. Bill Gates promised to help find a vaccine for the Novel Coronavirus. He has put in almost $100 million dollars into the research and building labs. It will provide the companies with a way to create a vaccine and distribute it throughout the world. Although the idea sounds good on paper, it’s going to take a while to find the correct vaccine after so many failed attempts.

It seems the Microsoft founder is in the news quite a lot, but for all the wrong reasons. Fans hounded Gates’ social media accounts claiming that he actually created the virus so he could gain ultimate wealth and power over the global health system. The conspiracy theorists claim that he warned us five years ago with the TED talk. Another conspiracy theory claims that Bill Gates is only creating the vaccine so he can implant chips in the people to keep track of them.
These theories have only shown up now because of pro-Trump supporters who support anti-vaccination. He has been the target for quite a while now. That is because of the news that he’s testing non-approved FDA drugs on African and Indian children. ‘Diamond’ Hardaway, a Trump supporter who has been seen in the news and even invited to the White House is behind the entire accusation. She went after Gates and said that he was providing vaccines to insert a ‘microchip’ in the brain to keep track of them.

Despite the conspiracy theories, the Gates’ haven’t seemed to slow down. They have donated over $100 million to help with testing, and look for a vaccine. They even offered to build factories that will help provide the vaccine when it has been found.
Seven factories will be built to help with the production of seven potential vaccines. The investment seems like a huge risk but it is a great way to provide for mass production, in the US at least.
