Well, well, here we are with another story that is pleading to End the Prevailing Racism. We are all well aware that the NFL’s unhelpful attempt at standing up for social justice is getting dragged away by Twitter.
Let’s dig further: In an interview, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the league would paint “End racism” on the field. Moreover, “It takes all of us” into each stadium’s end zones for the upcoming season.

“The NFL stands with the black community, the players, clubs, and fans confronting systemic racism,” Goodell continued. “We will not relent in our work.”These lines hit hard.
Furthermore, we can very well guess how difficult it would be for the victims of this racism to survive in diplomatic society!

The move, however, is especially ironic, as the NFL snubbed up San Francisco 49ers player Colin Kaepernick for kneeling during the national anthem in protest of police brutality and racism in 2016. More importantly, Kaepernick hasn’t played since his contract with the 49ers ended in 2017. Furthermore, he hasn’t been picked up by other teams in the league since then.
But it seems like the league is reversing into what it did way back in 2016. We all know how much support the Black Lives Matter protests are getting this year. Also, George Floyd, who was killed by a white police officer, has contributed a lot to this protest. Moreover, the death of this black man has further added oxygen to the flames of these protests.
Also to raise awareness, the NFL will feature victims of police brutality stories each week, but how and when is still unclear, Sports Illustrated reports.
