Drybar entrepreneur Alli Webb — who transformed blowouts into a $100 million business — has found love again after a “very, very difficult and challenging” divorce. Webb is dating executive life coach Adrian Koehler after divorcing ex-husband and Drybar co-founder Cameron Webb after 16 years of marriage.
The divorced mother of two children uploaded a photo of herself and her new partner on Instagram with the caption, “Quarantine love… making the best of our current reality.”

Webb co-founded the hairstyling franchise Drybar in 2008 together her brother Micheal Landau and her ex-husband. Later this month, she’ll make an appearance on ABC’s “Shark Tank” as a guest investor and introduce her Squeeze app-based massage franchise.
Webb described the breakup with Cameron as “very, very difficult and challenging,” adding, “It will knock you down.” in an interview with Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser earlier this month. Webb claimed that “every single thing changed in an instant,” and she was unable to work in the same building as her ex-spouse.
In addition to this, they bought separate houses and brought in a professional CEO for Drybar as Webb added: The beginning was very challenging, over time and space — I have it tattooed on my side — that’s the thing I kept going back to, everything constantly got better with time and space.
“Ultimately, we had to come to a good place to be able to parent our kids together and communicate.”
