There are countless protests regarding the justice-seeking for Black people. “Black Lives Matter” have been too famous for some months. Social media like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter are flooded with such posts. In fact in Instagram, #blacklivesmatter hashtag has around 2 Crores 30 Lakhs public posts.
It has been craved everywhere, even on the streets that it could be easily visible from the space! Being a black man in America is like a punishment. That you have to adhere to. In fact, getting abused by white police officers is the most brutal thing.
America has become a brutal country with Racism. A country filled with a legacy of slavery and Jim Crow laws. However, African-American people never cease to think of the US as an extraordinary country.

According to the reports, it is evident that the law and order of the country are forced upon the African-Americans in a brutal way. 90% of the cases have similar strategies.
In fact, the black people go into clutches of violence, arrest, jail more often than whites. Even they experience excessive charges in comparison to whites.
George Floyd’s Death Case
George Floyd’s death case is an eye-opener. It focuses light on each and every such case. Moreover, only one in a million cases comes into the limelight and only a few cases get justified results. Or else billions of such cases go unnoticed.
Moreover, the police brutality has crossed its limits. So as Racial discrimination. Which leads to toxic harm on black people.
No doubt being persecuted is the scariest thing for many African-Americans.

According to the International guidelines,” a pattern of discrimination or less favourable treatment could, on cumulative grounds, amount to persecution and warrant international protection.”

Thus, those who seek asylum outside the US territory. Moreover, should make sure that their fear and persecution experience must meet the guidelines.
In case the policy maker’s and judges could not provide justice to victims. And if violence and racial discrimination don’t cease to exist. Then people are free to flee to another country in seek of asylum.
So it’s time to provide a safe, secure environment for black men in their own country. America should nurture it’s each and every citizen. Obviously, irrespective of races.
